The location of the PARAMO, a.s. is located on the outskirts of the village Časy, on the site of a former aluminum brickyard. This area was in the past the subject of brick clay processing, processed in the local brickyard.
The newly proposed area plan from 2011 includes the landfill area, including the southern forecourt, to the local biocentre "Cihelna", which will be reclaimed in the future of natural nature. The assumption is that larger areas of greenery will be supplemented in the excavated part of the mining area and in the area of the remediated landfill on the northern edge of the village. Work will continue until 2023.
